Step 1:
Log on to Zakat Online Application System and fill up the required information.

Step 2:
Please attach the supporting document such as copy of IC / Passport, current / previous class attendance, latest result transcript, parents’ income statements (payslips) / verification of income (if no payslip), bank statement (CIMB / Maybank etc.), death certificate (if any) and other documents (if any) that can support the application

Step 3:
Please check all information given is correct before you click the submit button. The information provided is considered final once you have submitted the application.

Step 4:
Students will receive a notification from YUM to confirm their submission.

Important Notes:

      1)         Please make sure all the document and required details are completed before you submit the online application form.             Any incomplete document will result your application being rejected.

      2)         Any latest information regarding Zakat assistance will be posted via MMU Portal. If you are required to attend the             interview session, YUM will send notification to your registered email address.
